Harvest Gourmet® has announced a collaboration with Lord of the Fries which will see Harvest Gourmet’s® new plant-based schnitzel feature on the newest seasonal menu of Australia’s leading plant-based QSR.
From August to October, Lord of the Fries will offer three new Harvest Gourmet® Plant-Based Schnitzel creations across stores nationally. The food creations have been concepted to celebrate World Schnitzel Day on 9th September and surrounding months.
August: The Katsu Sando – includes a crispy, juicy Harvest Gourmet® Plant-Based Schnitzel, pickled slaw, mayo and Tonkatsu sauce sandwiched between soft pillowy milky bread. Perfect for a tangy yet crunchy meal on-the-go.
September: Schnitzel Spicy Crunch Burger – made with Harvest Gourmet® Plant-Based Schnitzel, pickled slaw, cheese and spicy mayo for some serious heat.
October: Schnitzel BLT – The classic BLT has received an upgrade. Featuring the Harvest Gourmet® Plant-Based Schnitzel, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo and tomato sauce in a nine-inch seeded sub.

The Harvest Gourmet Plant-Based Schnitzel has a crunchy, golden crumb seasoned with turmeric and paprika. It is high in fibre and protein, with 18 grams of protein per serve and has no artificial colours or flavours.
