Life at Nestlé

Our culture is based on our values, which are rooted in respect. At Nestlé, you’ll find an inclusive working environment that's flexible, adaptable and fast-paced. In these short videos, our colleagues discuss what our culture means to them.

Our approach to flexible working varies depending on location and market. Overall, our focus is on what and how things get done in the most efficient way, rather than where and when. For us, flexible working means using different working options, technologies and innovative thinking to maximize performance and create a more productive, engaged and efficient workplace.

Our approach to flexible working varies depending on your role and responsibilities. Overall, our focus is on what and how things get done in the most efficient way, rather than where and when. For us, flexible working means using different working options, technologies and innovative thinking to maximise performance and create a more productive, engaged and efficient workplace.

We offer a variety of benefits to help you meet your health, wellness, educational and financial needs. You’ll be recognised for your contribution with a competitive salary and benefits package. And you may benefit from partner programs.

What you wear to work at Nestlé will depend on the job that you do. During the application process, please ask your recruiter about what is appropriate for the role.

We help employees to understand health issues and to take action on health and wellbeing, for example with education and awareness on topics such as mental health, nutrition, sleep and physical activity.

Our aim is to create workplaces where everyone feels included and belongs. This commitment starts at recruitment and continues to the end of your relationship with us. Each of our markets has a diversity & inclusion action plan designed to provide equal opportunities for everyone to contribute, grow and feel valued. Learn more at our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion page.

Growing at Nestlé

We encourage our people to continuously learn, develop and grow to unleash their full potential – it’s at the heart of our culture. That is why you will have access to a comprehensive portfolio of training opportunities and a vast network of external coaches to take your career to the next level.

There are many opportunities available in the organisation and you can explore roles in line with your career aspirations, personal circumstances and local working rights (for any international moves). You can share and update your career ambitions through your personalised development plan. Find more information on our Global opportunities at Job search.

First, find the part of the business that suits you best. Then, you’re in charge of your professional development: it’s your ideas, enthusiasm for learning and solution-oriented mindset that will open up a wealth of opportunities. You will be supported through coaching, mentoring, feedback and recognition.

Depending on your development program, we can offer external courses: this is an option that you will be able to discuss with your line manager. Many of our training courses are held in-house, often with external training facilitators. Overall, we find that 70% of learning happens through experience, 20% through professional relationships and 10% through training.

Recruitment at Nestlé

This depends on the role. If your application is chosen to move forward, a recruiter will reach out with next steps. Interviews may be on the phone, via video or in person. The process will be explained to you by the recruiter, who will also guide you on steps for preparation.

Yes. We appreciate the time and effort you take when interviewing with us. We will keep you updated on the status of your application and provide feedback following your interview.

Yes. New positions are posted on a daily basis and you can even apply to multiple roles, but please be thoughtful. Applying for multiple roles doesn't increase your odds of getting hired. You should focus on applying for a role that you really want and are qualified for. Search our current opportunities for another role that's a match for your skills and experience.

Understand who we are and what we stand for, and learn about the functional area and part of the business you are interested in. Also, identify what you bring to Nestlé: your skills, strengths and how you will add value to our team. For tests, ensure you complete them in a quiet environment with no distractions. Give yourself enough time to complete the assessments and do the practice test to understand the questions in the assessments.

Let your recruiter know and they will help you with the next steps.
