As the world's largest food and beverage company, Nestlé has plenty of opportunities for you to make an impact through the work you do in a truly global business.
Nestlé Australia and Foodbank

Nestlé Australia has been a longstanding partner of Foodbank Australia, the country’s largest food relief organisation, supporting in many ways including donations, volunteering and developing bespoke products like the Maggi Hearty One Pot Casserole and Nescafé’s Foodbank dedicated Blend 43 tins.
Maggi Hearty One Pot Casserole
As Nestlé has worked with Foodbank for many years, we realise that the food relief provided generally depends on what’s available – and that means people can receive a mix of items on any given day but may not necessarily know how to turn them into a nutritious meal.
To address this, we set out to find a solution to create a great-tasting and nutritious meal, no matter what ingredients were available.
In collaboration with our partners, we developed the first-ever custom product for Foodbank Australia: MAGGI Hearty One Pot Casserole. Every aspect of this product, from ingredients to manufacturing were donated. The product transforms any combination of protein and vegetables into a flavourful and nutritionally balanced casserole for six.
Since its creation in 2021 we have donated more than 4 million meals – helping to make more than 1 million servings a year on average in Australia.
Nescafé x Foodbank
Nescafé are also proud partners of Foodbank, developing bespoke tins of Nescafé Blend 43.
Coffee is a source of comfort, energy and connection for many. And for those struggling with food insecurity, coffee can be seen as a luxury and becomes one of the first items dropped off the shopping list.
By 2027, the partnership will have delivered almost a million tins of Nescafé Blend 43 specifically for Foodbank – providing millions more cups of coffee to those seeking food relief.
Our ongoing support
In 2023, Nestlé Australia donated more than 920,000 meals to Aussies in need and provided more than 126,000 kilograms of Maggi, Nescafé and Uncle Tobys products for Foodbank’s vital Collaborative Supply Programs.
Our employees also generously give their time, volunteering at Foodbank to help sort and pack food donations, and the organisations community outreach programs.
