To celebrate the launch of limited-edition choc bar Milkybar Biscoff®, Watsons Bay Milk Bar, one of Sydney’s few remaining milk bars, has created treats inspired by the iconic flavour combination – offered to first 400* Sydneysiders for free for one day only.
The new Milkybar Biscoff® bar combines the iconic creamy, white choc of Milkybar with the crunchy caramelised biscuit of Lotus Biscoff®, creating a cool twist on two old favourites.
Sydneysiders are invited to Watsons Bay Milk Bar on Thursday 1 August from 6am, where it will be transformed to The Milky Biscoff® Bar. The first 400 guests will enjoy a FREE specially crafted menu inspired by the new choc bar, and the first 1,000 guests will receive the MilkyBar Biscoff® bar.
The Milky Biscoff® Bar menu items will include:
- Milkybar Biscoff® Milkshake: Dive into a delightful blend of creamy Milkybar and rich Biscoff® crumble, topped with a dollop of ice cream.
- Milkybar Biscoff® Stuffed Croissant: Indulge in the sensational, shareable delight of our golden-brown stuffed croissant. Drizzled with Milkybar Biscoff® sauce, it's a creamy wonder that’s bursting with rich flavour. The outside offers a crispy crunch, while the inside reveals a creamy Milkybar Biscoff® surprise!
- Milkybar Biscoff® Hot Chocolate: This hot chocolate is a rich, frothy blend of Biscoff® and Milkybar. The coarse crumble on top adds a delicious surprise, while a hint of caramel evokes a wintry Christmas feel.

The new Milkybar Biscoff® bar is available nationwide at all major retailers for RRP$2.50 from early August.
