Operating for over half a century, the Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award is a culinary award for young chefs. As Australia’s longest running culinary competition for apprentices and young chefs, the Award provides a crucial platform for the chefs of tomorrow to showcase their skills today.
The competition is a unique experience offering participants the opportunity to make connections, elevate their skills and take their careers to the next level.
The competition is open to apprentices and young chefs who are Australian or New Zealand residents, aged from 16 to under 25 years, and studying and/or working in the food service industry.
