Nestlé uses employee surveys to get feedback directly from employees about what it’s like working at Nestlé. This allows us to reassess our HR priorities
In response to employee feedback, a number of initiatives were launched in 2013 under the banner of ‘Working Smarter’ to enable our people to become more productive. These initiatives were a direct response to suggestions about how we could help people find the time during their busy day to focus on the things that really matter. In 2014 ‘Working Smarter’ initiatives will continue to help lift productivity.
We will also be conducting another Nestlé & I employee survey in 2014.
