Triple Choc Muffins



Recipe Ingredients
(serves 12)

1/2 cup NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa
2 1/2 cups self raising flour
1 cup NESTLÉ Milk CHOC BITS
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
100 g butter, melted
200 g NESTLÉ Dark Melts
1/4 cup cream

How to Make

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 12 cups of a muffin tin with paper cases.

2. Sift NESTLE Baking Cocoa and flour into a bowl. Stir in NESTLE Milk CHOC BITS and sugar.

3. Whisk together egg, milk and butter and stir into the flour mixture. Spoon into prepared muffin cases and bake 20-25 minute until cooked. Cool on a wire rack.

4. Whilst the muffins are cooking combine NESTLE Dark Melts and cream in a pan and stir over a low heat until melted. Cool until thick then spread on top of cooled muffins.

NOTE: Allow cooling time.
