1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
2. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add beef and cook, stirring until browned. Reduce heat, add garlic, pumpkin, potato and mushrooms, cook stirring 2 minutes. Add MAGGI Beef Stock Powder, water, wine and tomato pasta sauce. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Whilst the sauce is simmering, prepare MAGGI Tasty Cheese Sauce Mix according to directions on packet. Add spinach and allow to heat through.
4. Spread 1/3 cheese sauce in the base of a lasagne dish. Arrange 3 lasagne sheets on top.
5. Layer the beef sauce, cheese sauce and lasagne sheets, another layer of beef sauce and lasagne sheets, then finish with a layer of cheese sauce.
6. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 minutes until golden. Stand 10 minutes before serving.
