Recipe Ingredients
(serves 4)

1 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
500 g minced beef
1 pkt MAGGI Cook In The Pot Chilli Con Carne Recipe Mix
3/4 cup water
410 g whole peeled tomatoes
310 g red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 red capsicum, chopped
200 g corn chips
100 g grated tasty cheese

How to Make

1. Heat oil in pan, add onion and garlic, cook 2 minutes. Add mince to pan, brown well.

2. Combine MAGGI Cook in Pot Chilli Con Carne Recipe Mix and water, add to pan with undrained chopped tomatoes, bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Stir in kidney beans and capsicum, cook further 5 minutes.

3. Arrange corn chips around outside of large serving dish, spoon mince mixture in centre, sprinkle with cheese, place under hot grill until cheese is golden. Serve with sour cream if desired.
