Base
1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Combine PLAISTOWE Rich Dark Cooking Chocolate and butter in a small saucepan, heat gently, stirring, until melted. Combine with remaining base ingredients and press firmly into the base and sides of a 22cm shallow flan tin.
Filling
1. Beat together remaining PLAISTOWE Rich Dark Cooking Chocolate, NESCAFE Blend 43 Coffee, cream, eggs, sugars, flour and rum until smooth. Pour into prepared base.
2. Bake 30 minutes until just firm. Cool then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. If desired decorate with icing sugar and NESTLE Baking Cocoa and serve with cream.
NOTE: Allow refrigeration time.
