1. Combined glace fruits and liqueur, stand 15 minutes.
2. Puree raspberries, spoon mixture into 22cm springform pan lined with plastic wrap. Cover and freeze.
3. Beat NESTLE sweetened Condensed Milk and cream until thick, divide mixture in half.
4. Add glace fruit mixture to one half, mix well. Spoon mixture evenly over frozen raspberries. Fold melted and grated PLAISTOWE Rich Dark Cooking Chocolate through remaining half, spoon mixture evenly over fruit mixture. Cover and freeze. Turn out and cut into wedges to serve.
