Caramel Banana Muffins



Recipe Ingredients
(serves 12)

1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/2 cup bran flakes, lightly crushed
3/4 cup brown sugar
90 g butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 ripe banana, mashed
3/4 cup NESTLÉ Top'n'Fill Caramel

How to Make

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 12 cups of a muffin tin.

2. Combine all ingredients except the NESTLE Top ‘n’ Fill Caramel – do not overmix.

3. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tin.

4. Spoon NESTLE Top ‘n’ Fill Caramel on top of muffin mixture and swirl through.

5. Bake 25-30 minutes until cooked. Cool slightly before turning out.
