1. Heat oil in a large heavy based frying pan. Cook onion and bacon 2 minutes. Add garlic and zucchini and cook 3-4 minutes. Stir in potatoes.
2. Combine MAGGI Tasty Cheese Sauce Mix with eggs, basil and milk. Pour over vegetables, stirring a little to allow the mixture to coat all the vegetables.
3. Cook over a moderately low heat, without stirring, until the eggs are set and the base is golden brown, but the top is still moist.
4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place pan under a preheated grill for 3-5 minutes until the top is golden.
