1. Cook potatoes in boiling water. Drain and mash.
2. Add MAGGI Original Sweet Chilli Sauce, MAGGI Fish Sauce, tuna and all other ingredients except the oil.
3. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat oil on a barbecue or in a fryingpan. Cook Fish Cakes until golden.
5. If desired serve with extra MAGGI Authentic Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and lemon wedges.
