1. Brush the chicken with olive oil, then cook over heated barbecue or under a heated grill for 10 minutes, turning once during cooking.
2. Combine MAGGI Creamy White Sauce Mix, milk and water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer over a low heat for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the mustard, cheese and basil.
4. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve with steamed seasonal vegetables.
