Beef Patties with Red Capsicum and Tomato Salsa



Recipe Ingredients
(serves 6)

SALSA:
2 red capsicum, roasted, skinned and diced
1 tomato, diced
2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
PATTIES:
500 g lean minced beef
2 tsp MAGGI Beef Stock Powder
1/2 dried breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
3 tsp oil

How to Make

1. Combine Salsa ingredients and set aside.

2. Make Patties by combining all ingredients except oil, mixing thoroughly.

3. Shape mixture into 6 patties, then brush with oil.

4. Barbecue or grill patties until golden and cooked through, turning once during the cooking.

5. Serve patties with salsa and a green salad.
