Barbecued Lemon and Sweet Chilli Prawns



Recipe Ingredients
(serves 4)

2 lemons, quartered
24 green prawns with tail intact, deviened and shelled
8 bamboo skewers
1/4 cup MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp grated fresh ginger

How to Make

1. Preheat barbecue or grill.

2. Thread a lemon quarter followed by 3 prawns onto skewers. Combine MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce with remaining ingredients, spoon over prawns.

3. Cook prawns on barbecue, turning frequently and brushing with remaining sauce mixture, or until prawns are cooked

4. Squeeze juice from barbecued lemon over prawns before eating.
