As a nutrition, health and wellness company, we have a responsibility to promote our products that encourage balanced consumption, especially children. We want to ensure that all our Nestlé products are advertised responsibly which we do by adhering to detailed policies and principles. In addition to abiding by national legislation Nestlé Oceania is also a signatory to the Australian Food and Grocery’s Responsible Marketing Initiative (RCMI).
In 2013 there were no non-compliance with regulation or relevant codes.
