Q: Do you conduct factory tours, or have factory outlets?
A: Unfortunately, our factories are not open to the public. However, if you would like to know how many of our products are made, click here.

Q: How do I apply for sponsorship or a donation from NESTLÉ for my event?
A: As we receive hundreds of requests every month, NESTLÉ has established the NESTLÉ Good Life Program. This is a group of community programs covering a wide diversity of activity and interest in areas of sport, health, education, arts and recreation for many people - enabling them to be the best they can be. NESTLÉ Australia has long term commitments to its partner organisations in the NESTLÉ Good Life Program and is therefore not accepting submissions from other organisations for funding at this time.

Q: I am doing a project about NESTLÉ and I cannot find the information that I need.
A: The student information we have available can be found under the area Nestlé the Company. Our international website at www.nestle.com also contains some useful student information. If you require marketing information, unfortunately we are unable to provide this as it is considered confidential. However, we can suggest referring to the industry journal publication “Retail World” for information on the many products available for sale and details on market shares in Australia either via www.eretailworld.com.au or through your local library. If it is an annual report that you require, we do not produce one as we are not a public company.

Q: I would like information/entry forms for one of your promotions, where should I look?
A: We often display entry forms through the retail outlets, however you may like to visit the competitions page in the Products section of our website for competition information, entry forms and past winners.

Q: Has NESTLÉ sold the Peters Ice Cream brand?
A: Nestlé sold its Peters Ice Cream business and all local brands to Australasian Food Group Pty Ltd in August 2012. Nestlé retained its Global ice Cream brands, including Drumstick, Heaven, Maxibon, Skinny Cow and Milo Scoop Shake.
