Gluten Free
recipe mixes are no exception.
We’ve kept all the taste and convenience of your favourite products but made sure they are gluten and wheat free, so you don’t have to start from scratch anymore.
As you would expect, the new Gluten Free recipe mixes have no added MSG and are made using only natural colours and flavours making them an even better choice.
There are 4 delicious varieties available:
- Beef Stroganoff
- Beef Goulash
- Satay Chicken
- Lamb Casserole

After you’ve tried the classic recipe, why not try one of these other alternatives using MAGGI Gluten Free recipe mixes…
Thick lamb soup
1 lamb shank
1 pkt MAGGI Gluten Free Lamb Casserole Recipe Mix
425g can whole peeled tomatoes
4 cups water
1 ½ cups grated vegetables (e.g. carrot, zucchini)
¾ cup small gluten free pasta
1. Heat pan, add lamb, brown well. Add combined MAGGI Gluten Free Lamb Casserole Recipe Mix, undrained mashed tomatoes and water. Bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, simmer covered 30 minutes.
2. Add vegetables and pasta. Simmer further 10 minutes.
3. Remove meat from lamb shank, chop roughly, return to soup. Return soup to boil and serve
Serves 4
Preparation and cooking time: 1 hour
Stir fry satay vegetables
2 tbsp oil
5 cups chopped mixed vegetables (eg. Chinese greens, squash, carrot, bean sprouts, broccoli, red capsicum, onion)
1 pkt MAGGI Gluten Free Satay Chicken Recipe Mix
1 cup water
2 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (Optional)
1. Heat oil in large wok or pan, add mixed vegetables, stir fry 2 minutes.
2. Add combined MAGGI Gluten Free Satay Chicken Recipe Mix, water and basil, stir fry further 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
Serves 4
