HOW DO I INCLUDE ENOUGH CALCIUM IN MY DIET?
Here’s some easy ideas to include calcium rich foods in a healthy, balanced diet:

 Start your day with breakfast cereal and milk
 Wake up to a home-made banana, mango or strawberry smoothie
