Teaching Units

To assist teachers, the Australian Institute of Sport and Nestlé have compiled these 12 comprehensive teaching resource units.

Each teaching unit is linked to relevant outcomes and content strands for each state. These can be taught individually or as a module of work. To access the units you can select either the entire program or choose the individual unit that interests you in your specific state.

The entire program aims to encourage students' to consider their own attitudes and behaviours towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Throughout each unit and activity, students' demonstrate their achievement of knowledge, skill and value outcomes.
