To nominate your Sports Club or School, purchase any can of MILO powder from a Woolworths or Safeway supermarket during the Promotion Period, complete the nomination form, attach the original or copy of the Woolworths or Safeway store receipt for your purchase of MILO powder, and send to: “MILO Community Promotion”, PO Box 501, Eastern Suburbs Mail Centre, NSW 2004.

Promotion commences 08/10/07 and closes 31/12/07

Nomination point(s) will be awarded to the Sports Club or School nominated on each valid nomination form received during the Promotion Period, the number of nomination points awarded depending on the number of cans of MILO powder evidenced as purchased by the proof of purchase attached to the form (multiple proofs of purchase may be attached to a single nomination form in the same envelope).

There are a maximum of up to 780 prizes to be awarded (one for each Woolworths & Safeway supermarket in Australia as planned by Woolworths to be trading during the Promotion Period as at 31/05/2007).

Prize will be awarded in the form of credit of $1,000 including GST toward the recommended teamwear purchase price of apparel from the adidas® Teamwear Range distributed under licence by LWR Sports International Ltd (Aust.) (“LWR”) and may be selected from the product catalogue that will be sent to each winning Sports Club or School.
The prize must be redeemed by placing an order with LWR by 30/6/2008 or will be forfeited.

Nomination results tallied by 14 January 2008. Each winning Sports Club or School will be notified by letter or telephone and the name of the winning Sports Clubs and Schools will appear at www.milo.com.au
